Why TRC-20 over ERC-20?

TRC-20 settles in seconds for ~$0.50 in network fees. ERC-20 takes 5-15 minutes and costs $5-30 in network fees. For most users, TRC-20 is the obvious pick.

Can I send from Binance, Bybit, OKX?

Yes. All major exchanges support USDT TRC-20 withdrawals. Pick "TRC20" as the network when withdrawing.

What if I send the wrong chain (e.g. ERC-20 to TRC-20 address)?

The funds are lost. We cannot recover cross-chain mis-sends. Always double-check the network before sending.

Is there a minimum?

Yes, $5. Below that the 2% deposit fee + the network fee makes the math unfavourable.

How much TRX do I need for the network fee?

TRC-20 transactions need ~13 TRX (~$2 at typical prices) for energy and bandwidth, OR the network burns ~13 TRX worth from your balance. If sending from an exchange, the exchange handles this internally — usually a flat $1 fee.
